Referral terms and privacy
Free verified membership, adult participation, clear commission disclosures and owner approval are required for payable referral rewards. No payment is earned for joining, recruiting alone, clicks, followers or unpaid orders.
Two sources of eligible rewards
The current defaults are 3% of a directly referred model’s eligible net merchandise commission earnings and 3% of a referred member’s verified net advertising spend. These are different bases: $100 in model commission produces $3.00; $100 in eligible advertising spend produces $3.00. Tax, shipping, discounts, refunds and unverified charges do not qualify. The platform funds the referral reward without reducing the model’s recorded commission.
The default term is 12 calendar months from verified referral signup. The owner can set other rates and durations, including lifetime. Lifetime means the eligible referred account’s lifetime while the program operates under its agreed terms; it is not a guarantee that a service or income continues forever. Each event preserves its earned rate; later policy changes affect new events. Refunds and reversals can reduce earned balances and offset future earnings after payout.
Attribution and review
Invitation links contain a referral code. The first valid referral recorded at new email-verified membership is retained. Existing members cannot be reassigned through a shared URL. Owner corrections require a documented reason. Self-referrals and cycles are excluded. Only the immediate recorded referrer earns a second-tier reward; there is no commission on referral rewards or additional downstream levels. Existing verified memberships are not retroactively linked automatically.
Owner approval, return/review holds and the payout minimum apply. Advertising spend currently requires owner-verified separately settled payment and evidence; no advertising checkout or automatic ad placement is supplied by this record. Native payments and automatic payouts remain disabled. External payments are arranged by the owner and recorded here. Apprentices earn referral rewards only through qualifying model earnings or verified advertising spend, not from unpaid help or a signup.
Sharing and personal data
Include a nearby disclosure that you may earn referral rewards. Supplied sharing tools include that text; check the final social post. Private email, customer data and settlement evidence are not published. Your referrer may receive rewards based on eligible model commissions or advertising payments after you join through their invitation. Referrers see their own reward records with nonidentifying referred-account labels, not private customer identities. Profile/photo publication stays a separate choice.
Referral relationship, consent, source events, rate/term snapshots, approvals and payout records support accounting and audit. WordPress privacy export and erasure include these records; money and attribution records may be retained for reconciliation while public/earning access is paused. Downloaded shares and backups follow their respective retention. See FTC disclosure guidance.
