Shelf of Chance privacy

Policy version 2026-10-29-v1.

Free membership uses your email for sign-in verification. Drawing entries store your member ID, chosen public alias, slot quantity, declared state and eligibility attestations, rules acceptance, timestamps and optional reminder preference. We do not need a date of birth, identity document, fitting photo, Memorial Chamber information, purchase record or payment details to enter.

Your alias, ticket identifiers, slot counts and result proof are public. Choose an alias that does not reveal private contact details. Email addresses, state declarations, member IDs and fulfillment notes are not included in public wheel data. Public draw-room messages appear only after your posting consent and owner moderation. Avoid personal or sensitive information in messages.

Entry confirmations, eligibility decisions, cancellation and result notices are service messages. Closing reminders are optional and can be turned off from your drawing entry. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing email. Email is handled by the site’s configured WordPress mail provider; it may not arrive instantly. The owner can see service-message delivery status.

Participant identity links and state declarations are removed after the configured retention period following closing (currently 180 days); unresolved prize fulfillment may require longer retention. WordPress personal-data export and erasure include this module. Erasure before closing withdraws the entry. After closing, public pseudonymous proof remains stable, while private account links can be removed. Public copies, downloaded proofs and hosting backups may persist. Contact the sponsor for access, correction or retention questions.

No third-party advertising tracker or push-notification permission is added by this module. WordPress sign-in/session cookies are used for membership. Public draw-room refreshes retrieve current results; they do not upload your fitting photo.
