Modeling, commissions & privacy

Participation is free to apply and requires adult-model declarations, email verification and owner approval. Optional public profile fields, photographs and fitting composites require separate consent and review. Private applicants and headshots are not automatically public. No guaranteed income or effortless outcome is promised.

Attribution and sharing

Provided portfolio, modeled-item, social and QR links always contain the model referral code. A validated clickthrough creates a random attribution token. Internal links and the preview cart preserve that context. Without an optional cookie, closing the navigation chain or stripping the token can lose attribution. If a visitor chooses Remember this model, an HTTP-only first-party cookie can preserve attribution for the configured period. Last eligible model click wins; self-purchases do not earn commission. Visitor attribution tokens are omitted from sharing tools.

Models must disclose the commission relationship near endorsements and links. Supplied share text includes that disclosure; social services can omit text, so the creator must check the final post. Followers and clicks do not create earnings.

Sales, refunds and payment status

Each confirmed sale snapshots the model rate and eligible merchandise base. Tax and shipping are excluded, and discounts/refunds reduce the base. The owner chooses all-catalog or modeled-item eligibility for new snapshots. Unpaid carts do not earn commission. Designs By J live payments remain disabled until a trusted payment integration is configured. Separately settled payments may be recorded with owner verification and private evidence. Model dashboards distinguish confirmed records from clicks.

Commission stays pending through the configured return/review hold. Owner approval and the payout minimum apply. Payments are arranged outside this site and recorded manually; no bank transfer or automatic payout occurs here. Refunds after a recorded payment can offset later earnings. Rate changes do not rewrite already-recorded sale snapshots.

Public portfolios and reuse

Profile names, optional descriptions/photos and approved looks can be public, along with an affiliate disclosure. The creator can withdraw their profile or display. Choosing main-listing reuse is separate consent; the owner can select authorized fittings for product pages. Withdrawal stops future served display and reuse but cannot recall saved images or social-network caches. Followers’ identities are not listed publicly. The toplist is opt-in, anonymous, rounded and withheld until activity thresholds are reached; it does not show private earnings or customer data.

Data and control

Private account/application information, encrypted images, follow choices, click records and commission/payment records support the program. Models see only their own earnings, with private customer names, email addresses and order references withheld. The owner manages settlement evidence and review. This module stores no raw visitor IP in click records; temporary HMAC-based rate buckets and hosting logs may exist.

WordPress privacy tools export program records and can remove applications/images and revoke public access. Commission, refund and payment records may be retained for legitimate business reconciliation and owner review. Backups follow hosting rotation. Turning off public Modeling hides its pages/examples/images while private management remains available. Clear external page caches after a visibility change.
