Arranging ashes collection, with care.

  1. Choose a piece with a Memorial Chamber option and submit a private request.
  2. Jeremy reviews the piece, chamber, price, small amount needed, lead time and your preferred mail-in or in-person handoff.
  3. Review the private quote and collection plan. Authorize filling before sending or handing over anything.
  4. Use your request reference to label the agreed container. The studio records receipt and matches the reference before preparation.
  5. The finished piece and any unused ashes are returned according to your approved plan. Follow progress on your private request page.

Mail-in collection

Do not send ashes until your request is approved and you have authorized the collection plan. The exact destination and amount are provided privately. Send only the agreed small portion; retain the rest.

For U.S. domestic mailing, USPS requires Priority Mail Express and its cremated-remains BOX-CRE packaging. Use a durable, sealed, sift-proof primary container, a sealed plastic bag and cushioning. Requirements also cover keepsakes and jewelry containing remains, including the return shipment. This site does not issue postage labels or a standard flat-rate shipping quote for these items.

Before every shipment, check USPS Packaging Instruction 10C and USPS Publication 139, or ask USPS for assistance. Guidance checked October 28, 2026. International arrangements require separate confirmation of destination rules before acceptance.

In-person handoff

Arrange a time and location with Jeremy after approval. Bring the agreed sealed and labeled container and your request reference. A show or event appearance alone does not confirm a handoff appointment.
