Caring for a meaningful piece.
Is every piece eligible?
No. Memorial Chambers appear only where the studio has enabled an option. Shape, materials and construction determine suitability; Jeremy confirms the final arrangement before filling.
What is the chamber made from?
Chambers are typically solid brass in a tubular insert form. The specific option lists its material. Brass develops a natural patina; ask about contact sensitivities before ordering.
Can I open it or wear it in water?
Closure and filling methods are confirmed for the individual piece. Do not open, immerse, polish with chemicals or attempt to refill the chamber unless Jeremy supplies instructions for that construction. No universal waterproof or permanent-seal claim is made.
What happens to unused ashes?
The collection plan must explain their return. You review this before authorizing filling. Studio completion requires an explicit record of the disposition of unused ashes; disposal is not an available default.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel from your private page before receipt is recorded. If ashes are already in transit or studio care, contact Jeremy to agree their documented return. Custom work, payment, changes and return terms must be confirmed in your quote before authorization; no blanket exclusion from your legal rights is implied.
Is a request a paid order?
No. It is a custom-order inquiry with a tracked collection workflow. Online checkout, payment capture and automatic inventory reservation are unavailable. Your collection plan identifies any separately arranged payment terms; authorization does not charge a card or mark payment as received.
Who can see my details?
The studio and anyone with your private recovery code can view the request. Contact, remembrance and collection details are encrypted in the site database, separate from public product content. This does not protect against a compromised owner account or hosting backups. Do not include medical records or certificates in the request. You may ask Jeremy about access, correction or removal; active custody records may need to be retained until return is resolved.
